Discussing valuations, reclaiming watery lands, consolidating detached properties, appropriating common lands, improving mines and quarries, and on the process of renting out lands and buildings. Rebacked, with endpapers renewed. Lacking half title. With an advertisement leaf to the rear. This work includes an interesting section devoted to salmon fisheries.
