I received the wrong item and contacted the seller. The seller didn't receive the message so I sent another message. I then received a response asking to send the item back, which I did, but was not refunded for the shipping cost. After the seller received the item, the correct item was sent to me. Communication was a bit informal and not apologetic for the mistake. The item itself though was in good condition and as described.
