   Product was shipped as described and arrived sooner than expected. The box was intact but one of the lids was broken. Seller was very kind and offered a full refund (but the containers were already in use) or partial refund to cover the lid since they didn’t have a replacement lid available.

   Shipping. packaging, was all good. Product was as described. Seller is AAA+++. As far as the product "Durable Oxford Cloth Shoulder Bag For Tenor Trombone" The zipper broke in half the first time I pulled on it. :( Not the sellers fault.
