We had a little problem with the postal service but that was not the buyers fault. Then my license wouldn't work... but I was able to call Quickbooks.. and they helped. Here is what I loved. The seller was more then willing to do whatever was necessary to get me help. He was kind and helpful the entire time. I would buy from him again. It was all a MAC issue. But their security over their license is just tighter than Microsoft. Great end to this experience!
