Unsure of the maker but I was told it is an early Westmoreland Glass piece. It is 4.75" in diameter and about 2.25" tall so smaller than the Jeannette Glass ones and has ridges, unlike the Paden City ones. Rare clear military hat powder jar and ash receptacle. Some fleabites. It glows under short wave UV but not normal/long wave as seen in last photos. What you see is what you will receive so no refunds. I ship within 2 business days of payment.
