Flax hackle/heckle/hetchel as described. GREAT listing photos. Prompt reasonably-charged shipping. Packaging was secure enough to protect the tool but not excessive. I appreciated the reuse of recycled packing materials and newspaper - I prefer packaging that is less wasteful and more smart/thrifty. The hackle is in decent shape for not having been used for several decades - with a pile of elbow grease and time, I'll be able to get it back in service for next year.

Fantastic communication! I accidentally used an old address for the shipping, we ran into an issue with them not being able to change the delivery address. We had no luck but the effort and time put into trying to get it right are undeniable, and appreciated dearly.
