This is a 12-volume 1st edition set titled "Easton Press Smithsonian Guide To Historic America" by Roger G. Kennedy. Each volume is a collector's edition in English, with leather binding, measuring 8.5" x 5.5". They cover historical topics related to North America and are part of a limited edition matching set published by Easton Press in New York in 1989. The set is a personalized 12-unit collection with illustrations and no signatures. All are 1st/1st with the exception of these two volumes: Virginia and the Capital Region and Southern New England. This was a very reasonably priced bundle of 17 50yr. old magazines. Most of the 17 were at least as clean as described. I purchased the bundle because it contained 2 issues that I needed to fill gaps in my collection, but at least half of the duplicate issues were in better condition than the ones in my collection! An unexpected bonus for me! The bundle was very carefully packaged so they arrived safely and quickly. Seller communication was excellent. Thanks!

Packaging was great. The book was bubble wrapped and safely prepped for the horrors of shipping. It arrived in as described condition. It was an exceptional value, and a family heirloom I had to acquire.
