Item arrived promptly and was well-packaged. However, nothing in the Item Description mentioned that the Hallmark Jingle Pals "Deck the Halls Duo" DID NOT WORK (no lights, no music, no motion). When the seller was contacted about this issue, they immediately refunded the purchase price. Despite the Item Description error, the seller's resolution was immediate and complete, so I feel that this seller redeemed this error and is, therefore, still a good eBay seller.

Unfortunately, half the glasses were broken in shipping and could have been more insulated in packing, but the Seller gave me a full price refund! Communication was excellent and response was swift. Essentially, he gave me the unbroken 3 glasses at no charge which was gracious and greatly appreciated.
