Item arrived as described, NOS in original package. Some age deterioration on the surface of the rubber-like side panels made them sticky, but some isopropyl alcohol ameliorated most of the effect. Note that this mouse has lower counts per inch than more modern examples, so mouse parameters will need to be adjusted accordingly. I just like it for its fit and feel. Running LInux Mint MATE 22.1.
