Apex CEO Walter Simmons recruits scientist Nathan Lind to search for a power source in the Hollow Earth, the Titans' home. Kong is sedated and transported, but Godzilla attacks, leading to a clash between the two monsters. Kong is taken into the Hollow Earth, where the team discovers an ancient ecosystem and a powerful weapon. Meanwhile, Bernie, Madison, and Josh uncover Apex's secret project—Mechagodzilla, controlled by Ghidorah’s severed head. Godzilla arrives in Hong Kong, provoking a final showdown with Kong. Mechagodzilla is unleashed but becomes possessed by Ghidorah’s consciousness, killing Walter and overwhelming Godzilla. Kong is revived and helps Godzilla defeat Mechagodzilla.
