Frollo came in absolutely wonderful condition despite being used. He looks exactly like the listing photos if not better. The shipping was fantastic, as was the packaging, he was very well held in. Considering the price of these figures and the seeming rarity, this was a very good deal. The seller was wonderfully quick with communication and gladly answered my questions and concerns. Seller took more than 3 days to ship the item out - I had to send an email inquiring about when it would ship. The seller never responded directly to my communication, but the item was eventually sent out by the 5th day. Item was exactly as described and well packaged once received. Neutral rating is due to poor communication and delays in shipping - would not purchase from them again as a result.
