Due to the amount of merchandise we sell on ebay, we adhere to a simple grading scale. For DVDs and Blurays, it is as follows: Brand New Movie comes sealed in shrink wrap or some sort of factory bag or packaging. There may be minor damage to the shrink wrap, but the movie is brand new and unopened. Like New Item is near flawless and looks as though it was just unwrapped. There may be very minute signs of use, but they will be barely noticeable. Disc will always be mint condition. Very Good Item has some visible flaw or flaws, but is still in very nice condition. There may be minor shelf wear to the case, or a bit of damage or sticker residue. The disc may have minor scuffs and scratches, but only a few very light ones that will not affect playback. Good Item has obvious signs of wear. Cover may be cracked or broken. There may be scratches on the disc. But it will still look decent and be playable. Acceptable Item may arrive in blank case. There may be missing discs or damage to the cover art. If our items are listed as acceptable, we will disclose why it was deemed acceptable so you are aware of what the issue is. REFUND POLICY: If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. You must return the item in the condition that it was shipped to you, and customer must cover return postage. We do NOT reimburse return postage. New items that are returned open are subject to a 30% restock fee. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if an item is returned in damaged condition or we receive a swapped item. I'm not going to fault the seller because the CD arrived cracked and unusable, though I think that, lacking a jewel case, the disk could have been more securely packaged. I will say that the seller was very prompt and responsible in making good on the situation. So, it's hard to rate this. The purchase didn't work out---it happens---but the seller made good on it right away.. The shipping could have been quicker too, but it's hard to find fault with free shipping.

Super seller... dvd was packaged very well (bubble-wrap mailer!) and arrived in excellent condition... was every bit as well as described!! Unfortunately, although everything looked fantastic, the dvd would not play. Seller was quick to respond to my message and promptly issued a no-hassle full refund.
