The seller shipped the package the same day that the order was placed. However, after two weeks the package still hadn’t arrived. The seller then issued a complete refund. The seller was very proactive in monitoring the package tracking, noticing that the package delivery was delayed and contacting me to assure me that they would resolve the problem one way or another even though it wasn’t their fault. Five stars for the seller and zero stars for the USPS!
