   Purchased vintage thermos. There was a misunderstanding regarding the condition. I contacted seller who immediately rectified the situation. I am more than satisfied with seller's response. I would not hesitate to purchase from seller again.

   The item was defective. But the refund process was very simple. Refund given same day as request made and did not have to ship item back. Very good customer service. Hope to buy from seller again.
