Arrived right on time. Item was very well packaged and secured. The seller was very considerate and thoughtful because to make sure the item was handled with gentle care the seller wrote the word fragile on the package. That was a very sweet thing the seller did. The item I ordered from Parrot Presents and More, arrived exactly as described. The item was very well packaged. I ordered a DVD, and it came in a padded envelope, marked Fragile. Inside, the DVD was wrapped in bubble wrap, and taped carefully closed. I am very happy with the condition of the DVD, and the shipping. I have not tried to watch the DVD, as it is for a gift. But it did arrive in brand new condition, in its original plastic wrap. I would order from this seller aagain.

The package ended up getting lost in the mail unfortunately (completely the postal services fault.) but the seller was extremely understanding and kind, refunding me asap. Super great customer service and communication, I do recommend.
