I asked a ? abt. captions and rec'd an immediate reply which was great bc now some vendors don't have time to check & a DVD is no good for me without it. I ordered...again in no time I had my tracking info. Didn't really need it bc I had my order within a couple days. When opened the 1st thing I saw was how clean the case was, not a scratch! Some vendors DVDs look like they have been dumpster diving! The disc was shining and not a scratch! I appreciate this! Thank you for great customer service!

I must say from the very beginning of this transaction that everything went smooth. The seller gave me a good quality product for a great price that was brand new and appeared to be better than what was pictured. The wrong item was delivered but the seller was apologetic and offered an immediate refund. Good communication. Despite my disappointment over the wrong item, I would give the seller another chance due to the good and fast communication, apology, and prompt refund. Everyone errors at times and I don't think one honest mistake should result in the loss of total business. It's only a CD, not the end of the world. I would the recommend seller to others. Honest dealer.
