The order got here in the specified amount of time. I pulled the steel book out of the packaging and looked to be in good shape. Until I opened it up and the front and back of the case separated at the spine. Case split straight down the middle of the spine. I contacted them through ebay and showed them pictures and explained the situation and they sent me another one completely free and also let me keep the broken one as well. Awesome, fast and reliable customer service. I highly recommend them

Yesterday I received on time my DVD movie, and the package's appearance tells me the vendor took extra care in wrapping the product to help protect it against any possible shipping damages, which I greatly appreciate! After unwrapping, I found the condition to be as the vendor promised - in new condition! I am sure the quality of the movie will be fine, and look forward to watching it later. Dvd arrived in a paper display folder not a normal DVD box was a bit surprised by that but otherwise looks fine. I haven’t had time to watch it but since it should be new hopefully should play good. I look forward to watching it. Good service, good communication. Fast shipping.
