Seller was spectacular!! The CD came packaged well, and was brand new with spine card still included. Good price for the CD. However the shipping was awful, it’s not the sellers fault but the company that did the shipping, UniUni was awful to talk with when they didn’t knock and marked the package as missed delivery. I had to call them and wait for an hour on hold until they answered, told them leave it at the door and the man said okay. Next day failed to deliver, called again.. day 3 finally

Album was packed shipped just as soon as it was released to the market. Arrived speedily, days before estimated time window, my undying respect to DHL for always being worth their fee. Contents of shipment arrived in perfect condition, seller was efficient and effective with materials to insure security without excess weight and space. Seller was a perfect communicator, making sure that I, as a buyer within the US, knew that I was going to be facing tariffs should I go ahead with transaction.

I had a great experience purchasing from this store and would order again. The items arrived sealed as expected. I ordered on Aug 21 to the US and I was surprised to receive my item so quickly by Sep 4. The seller packaged the CDs I ordered with care and securely so there was no damage. I was a bit worried ordering from Japan but I did not have to pay any customs fees. My only issue was with the UniUni delivery service but they successfully delivered the package on their third attempt.
