New DVD in unopened original packaging as described. Well-packed to ship. Arrived on time and intact. Disc plays fine. I bought it for the Willis O'Brien visual effects (which are fabulous, very happy!). The movie itself is ehh, and the physical film has not survived in pristine shape, but that is not the seller's fault :-)
