The item shipped pretty fast. Wasnt secured very well in the shipping box so It arrived damaged and I contacted the seller to see if they could contact the usps because the packaged was insured and to possibly give me a partial refund, but I never got any response back and its been over a week so that is my reasoning for the neutral rating. 2nd Pic is from the listing and the tail was intact when I bought it

Took an excessive amount of time to ship, then advised it took four days to update and couldn’t explain it this was only after I sent a message asking when it would ship. Coincidentally, an update later in the day advised the package was finally in the shipping service possession. Item description says new, but it’s a beat up box, pictures did not show everything, but I knew it was lacking.

Everything was great. The Mug was exactly as described. It was packaged very well as USPS put a note on the box that they (USPS) messed up the box and had to fix it. But the Mug was in perfect condition. And arrived faster the shipping estimate.
