Description
This was my grandmother's and has been in our family for over l00 years. The family name is Gilbert. The book binding is leather with gold leaf on the edges and in the title. The front and back covers are separated from the spine, but the book is still held together at the back. There is wear along the top edge of the cover. Interior pages are clean and relatively crisp for it's age. The front illustration is torn (see pictures). The religious cards are mostly in good shape and clean. Some have paper lace surrounding them and the lace is quite fragile and breaks off easily with handling. There are 22 colored cards and 18 cards or small pamphlets in black and white. Colors are bright and cards very clean. There is no return on this item, so please ask questions if you have them before bidding.
