Description
Hubbub: Filth, Noise, and Stench in England, 1600-1770 by Cockayne, Emily. . Condition is Very Good. Sent with Australia Post Standard. My stepmother trained in traditional bookbinding practices at the British Museum in London, and her life’s work has been finding interesting books and rebinding them, with remarkable results, as the photos of this wonderful volume attests. Her bookbinding skills are very evident in this richly bound book, which would take pride of place on any library shelf. Whether you are looking for a one of a kind gift for that special someone, or simply wanting something special for your own library, you will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately the CD wasn’t with the book. I rang the seller who said that there was no CD with it and this was in the ad. But I didn’t see it. However, he seemed a nice person so I believe him, obviously an oversight on my part.

The item arrived, well packaged and is as described. Have only initially flicked through the pages and was not disappointed. Can't wait to read it.
