Shipping and packaging are excellent. Customer service is fantastic and helpful. I received a device that would not turn on - appears to be bad battery. They immediately sent a replacement that was better but appears to have a similar issue. They refunded the cost. Would recommend, and use, this seller again. Thanks for the time and effort.
