I ordered the Jefferson Airplane cd 2400 Fulton Street from estocks-USA. It’s a double cd set. It arrived very quickly and was packaged superbly. However upon opening the package I found that only one of the two cds had been shipped. I reached out to the seller to make them aware of the problem. They quickly responded and took responsibility for the mistake. Moreover they immediately refunded my money no other questions asked. These days it’s rare to find a seller that puts the customer first!!!

I have purchased from this seller on a few occasions before. This time, unfortunately, the seller sent me a DVD that was for a region that is not used in the USA. I immediately asked for a refund and the chance to return it. The seller provided the refund just as fast which shows their honesty and integrity. I have not been sent a return label yet but that is up to them. The only other negative is that the dvd was shipped in a thin plastic envelope providing no protection at all. No bubbles

Far better condition than expected, in comparison with the seller's description -- jewel case shows no cracks or major scratches, and CD plays perfectly. Some significant delivery issues (not the seller's fault!); but the seller was VERY responsive, and even sent a refund without my asking! When the package mysteriously turned up, the seller patiently walked me through multiple repayment options until I was able to successfully repay them. Wonderful #1 customer service people -- thanks again!
