   I was crushed when the beautiful yet shattered pitcher came in. It appeared to be packaged perfectly but something happened and caused a large portion of the pitcher to just crumble in to small pieces. I sent pictures of it still in the wrapping where it was shattered and she refunded the money immediately. She was very wonderful to work with and we were both heartbroken that such a beautiful piece of Waterford Crystal was ruined. Would do business with her again without hesitation
