The item was still sealed in the original packaging, and it was exactly as it was described by the seller. It arrived sooner than I expected and when it got here the seller had left a hand written thank you note and out some origami inside the packaging. I’m very pleased with what I ordered and would absolutely recommend them if you’re looking for hard to find kigurumis or anything else coming from Japan.

I don’t often leave feedback, but Gengoro’s Store deserves as many stars as I can give. Communication was exceptionally clear, as fast as it could be, and very helpful. The delivery was remarkably swift. The Babylock Sashiko II is a marvel. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. It’s pricey, but it’s worth it. I definitely recommend Gengoro’s Store.

Item arrived incredibly fast. As in, 5 days fast, from Japan all the way to Canada and cost only $10 for shipping. Unbelievable.
