I am leaving a neutral feedback because item was listed as new but had been clearly opened at some point and was was missing a part. I will give the seller the benefit of the doubt that they didn't know that but at the same time when an item is listed something it should be accurate. The seller did work with me and gave me a partial refund for the item but now I am stuck with something I can not resell at it's full value.
