Tracking number created right away but package didn't ship. Reached out two weeks later for status. Never received response from seller but my inquiry appeared to initiate a 2nd tracking number being created and item then shipped and was received a few days later. Item was as described and seller appeared to throw in another ufc dvd possibly as a bonus due to delay so all is good.

Initial DVD set was crushed in shipment. Contacted seller and was told I need not return the damaged set and they would ship out another. True to their word the new DVD set was sent this time in a box. Seller was great to work with. I will buy from them again.
