I watched this item for a long time and the price was way too high for a long time. It just recently dropped, so I purchased it. The book arrived in good condition as described, meeting a reasonable price for this title. The shipping was a little slow. But what really caught me was that there was no protection for the book in the package. It wasn't wrapped in plastic or put in any type of bag that would protect it from water damage. When you're buying a vintage book, that's really important.
