The complete Title Page reads thus: "The Ohio Officer's Guide, and Clerk's Companion. Containing a summary view of the principal provisions of the Statutes, as revised in 1830-1831. In fair condition at best: binding is square with no loose or missing pages; back board is loose but in no danger of separating; significant wear and tear to leather on boards and spine; spine label worn but legible; pages significantly water stained but, aside from the first two endpapers, show no other significant damage; mostly legible owner's inscription on first free endpaper from 1836 (price $1.25); mostly illegible writing on last free endpaper. A complete copy in one piece from the early decades of Ohio.
