This item was exactly as described on Ebay. The box, though not factory sealed, was the original and in excellent condition. The parts were in the original plastic bags, sealed and complete. Everything was accounted for and in great condition. The price was very reasonable and it was packed very carefully, so no damage occurred during shipment. It was shipped fast and arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

I ordered the CD but then received a message from the seller that they couldn't find it in their warehouse so they immediately refunded my money. After sending me this message about the refund I received another message saying they had found it and apologized for the mix up. They then offered me the CD at a nice discount(Which I accepted). The CD arrived in perfect condition! TY very much!

The collectible doll came just as described, in great condition. To me she looked new. Even her accessory was still wrapped up. She came very securely packaged and in its original box. It was shipped free and came very quickly, in less than 3 days, amazing. She was a great value and I would buy from this seller again
