Only issue was USPS tracking said delivered before I ordered it, but eBay Tracking was correct. Tracking on delivered package matched the one that said delivered before I ordered it. This item has not been available for some time now. This is 3rd time buying it, previous two were out of stock, but this time received it. Item is new condition, and while I paid more for it, being rare it was worth the price. Seller communication was great and tracking was not their fault, but USPS has issues.
