Not a new pan but as advertised. Some scrubbing required but most discoloration succumbed to Barkeeper's Friend. Was disappointed with shipping charge but it was packed to a fare-thee-well and arrived undamaged, though the box had taken a couple of hits in transit. Took about five days to get here. All in all, a good transaction.
