The shipping was OK but caused extra pounds to be added to the weight of the box so the packaging increase the weight by double that’s what makes shipping cost so much. It didn’t really need to have that much packing. Just FYI. Item is as described except I believe there is etching on the inside of the pitcher not too noticeable but if you’re a stickler looking for purity, this pitcher is not it. Cuz o that pollution on the inside of the pitcher glass, I believe I probably paid too much. Sorry

This person was sooo nice to work with! This is for a fundraiser. Hazel Atlas use to be in out town so it has a special meaning and the seller described it perfectly! The ice bucket was packed so nicely and there was even a little candy thank you!! It was definitely worth the money using this horse ice bucket for future farmer group. Although shipping was $11 dollars the problem isn’t due to the seller but how much they are charging now.

Initially there was an issue with the postal service not updating tracking. I contacted the seller and got an immediate response. The problem was resolved and my item was on its way. It was very carefully packaged and in perfect condition. I would feel very confident buying from this seller again - great experience!
