A++++++++ Excellent communication from this seller. Item was shipped straightaway. The item was well packaged and arrived in as described condition. As stated, it needed batteries, and once I popped them in the item worked. The on/off button is a little squirrely and does not always turn off the lights as it should, but this is expected with the age and product quality at the time - both of which are no fault of the seller. I am happy with this new addition to my Peanuts holidays collection.

This seller offers the best customer service!There was a mixup with the shipping (USPS error, not seller’s fault), and the item could have been lost. The minute I notified the seller that the tracking looked strange, they got right to the Post Office and arranged for correction. Seller even opened a missing parcel ticket, in case it got lost. The package arrived shortly after, in perfect condition (it was packed very well). The towels are beautiful! Happy customer, excellent seller!
