Shipping was quick, packing was very good. I made a mistake and only glanced at the first picture quickly, which was my fault for not noticing the missing ink. Had I noticed, or it was mentioned in the original listing, I wouldn’t have bought it. Not worth the price for a damaged item though. Otherwise it’s a very nice mug.
