   I cannot put into words how helpful and supportive James was in my purchase from Replacements Ltd, what an amazing seller! After encountering an issue with my delivery, James was extremely responsive and went out if his way to help me through the process and make all right. The mugs sent were flawless and exactly what I was searching for plus they were so carefully packaged and arrived quickly. I am definitely planning to look here first for any of the items I am shopping for. Thank you SO much!

   The quality I would expect from seller. Shipping was cheaper here than their website. Package was ridiculously overdone. I ordered a single tablecloth. It arrived in an oversized box that could have contained a 4 place setting of china with biodegradable popcorn. It was wrapped in layers of brown paper like it was fragile. I don’t know who is responsible for so much waste, the employee or the company’s packing policy, but a paper mailer would have been more eco friendly and cheaper to ship!!

   5 stars! Was so excited to find a replacement for a broken glass bowl that I got an extra 4! These are exactly as described and pictured--brand new. The price was great and the shipping more than reasonable considering they're glass. They were expertly packed and arrived in perfect condition. Although simple in appearance, they are high quality bowls. I will shop this seller in the future.
