The bag came in great condition! I could tell my item was packaged with care and it came with everything as promised! The item came very quickly after shipped, but initially took very long for the shipping process to start. Bag came in safely wrapped and with the coach card and a receipt. Item is just like the photo. Only thing is the shipping was a bit long, I had an issue with the delivery but at the end of the day I still received it. Overall it's an adorable bag!!
