Good pre-owned condition. Minor wear to the cover (front & back) in the form of indents to the faux leather due to how it was stored. The first 2 cover (blank pages) have water stains in the bottom corner. Rest of the book is very good with no markings, no ripped pages and no folded pages. Comes with a built in page marker. This order was very reasonable in price. Unfortunately 3 ornaments arrived broken despite what looked like good packaging. The Seller was very ethical and easy to work with, offering a full refund. It actually was more fair to pro-rate it …the communication was appreciated and I would highly recommend this vendor/store.

Everything was just as described. The pan was packed well and shipped promptly. The shipping was a little high but I suppose that is because it was a 9x13 sized pan, and shipping these days is high, generally. The granola pan was stated to be used, but it looks new.
