There is a name written on the presented to page. Some notes on blank pages. A few random underlinings or markings. In the front on the record pages a few have come out, staying together. The rest of them are attached. In the back where the maps are, several have come loose as in the front, but are still hanging by some threads. I have checked the binding throughout and Other than those two issues the binding seems fine. There is a tiny piece sticking up on the top front corner edge. See pictures.
